Free Photoshop-like Tools to Improve your Social Media Plugs

Hey guys I wanted to go over today how to Edit your Plugs. Editing your Plugs is super important because it allows you to Test your Plugs and Optimize your Results.

Unfortunately even Brian and I don’t always get stellar conversions on our Plugs, and we created them! Brian and I however do get good conversions overall because we Test our Plugs, over and over and over to see what is working and what isn’t.

We Test different Value Propositions, Button Colors, Plug Background Colors, Call to Actions and Plug Features. Basically you name it, we test it. Why? Well by testing all different types of combinations you can start getting an idea of what your customers like and don’t like.

Plugs cannot be “Edited” quote unquote because they are already associated with Links to past Content. Plugs however can be copied, edited and saved.

When you copy a Plug a duplicate Plug will be created so you can make small tweaks such as changing the Color Scheme or complete overhauls. Once you save the new Plug it will be placed in the Active Plugs section.

Each Plug in the Active Plugs section will be shown randomly to your audience whenever you share a Link.

If you created a Plug specifically for a campaign or past event you can either delete or inactivate the Plug and LinkPlug will no longer add it to the Plugs displayed when you share a Link. If you want to learn more about LinkPlug’s Split Testing Make sure to check out our Split Test Tutorial!
